Club membership is for a 6 month period. Members renew at the end of the 1st & 3rd quarters.
 
All new members receive the "Communication and Leadership Program" manual. This manual lays out a program of 10 speeches. Each speech is focused on developing a particular speaking skill. Members will also receive a monthly Toastmaster magazine and an official Toastmasters International member pin.
 
Medco believes in fostering its employees' communication and leadership skills. In keeping with that, Medco subsidizes part of the membership fee for its employees. The membership fee for Medco employees is $14.50, $29 for consultants, per 6 month period.
